The idea of natural gas or oil scarcity is laughable. This is really no different than the famines of Ethiopia; entirely political and easily resolved. Europe is literally surrounded by reserves on all sides and throughout but has bought too much into the lie than CO2 is somehow a pollutant that will cause the land to burn and the oceans to rise and become acidic. The answer is enntirely resolvable without Russian sources (not that I believe this Russian bogeyman hoax) but the rest of Europe is utterly too compromised and likely wanton of a crisis to justify further humiliation before becoming ever more socialist totalitarian.
