Vadim Pristaiko, Ukraine’s ambassador to the United Kingdom, said during an interview with the British newspaper Daily Express: "It has been our policy from the start not to discuss our losses (…) When the war is over, we will acknowledge this. I think it will be a horrible number". So let's wait until it's over. It took one year to reduce the Ukrainian army by two thirds, so maybe we don't have to wait until next year.
