As in "business as usual", attacking local population with gvt forces was small game in comparison to what we have now

Maryinka is an apocalyptic wasteland for instance https://pic8.co/sh/hOjfHM.jpeg it's an entire different level of destruction, nothing comparable to what was happening before the war

Yeah I guess they should have said something when it was small game. But they went along with it and now their chickens have come home to roost.
