Well at least thanks to this one, zelensky

Also, israel refused to assist ukraine when zelensky requested it, it's only recently that they gave scraps like everybody else to pretend that they're helping but like many they're dragging their feet https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TJDbGLXWFFk

That's because Israel doesn't help, but gets help, especially when it comes to shekels.
