Proposes a need for 400 billion, got pledged 40 billion to start the fund with. Can just imagine the graft and cost over runs in eastern europes most corrupt country (allegedly , lol).

Blackrock now owns what will be left of jewkraine but by my guess there wont be much after Russia is done with it and hopefully blackrock will lose all their investments.
