The talmud tells them to. Also, they are betting aryans will never summon the fortitude to end the 20 million because.. optics? Comfort?

I don't understand how those 20m expect to control the africans and muslims though as this is currently done through the same aryans they are killing off.

They have to do this systematically basically. Aryans have the superior intellect, the others have numbers.
