Also forgot to reply to this. I would live on and use land and it's not getting any cheaper. People aren't moving out of the city near me. Properties are still being bought cash only, above asking, and in days. Rural and mountain property in the middle of nowhere is still absurdly priced. I'm sure I could buy a place somewhere in the plains in a rural area for cheap but you always can.
