Now I’m even more confused. “Private” I thought some of these were publicly traded, but all the biggies I checked they are not.
That’s my mistake, I was thinking publicly traded. So it beggars the question of the valuation is such, how does the value ever get out of it, since without a public method to invest it’s all just unrealized gains internal to the business.
Right?
