You could get it done with a CMD super CPU.. But that hardware is really pricey and rare. It would still take an hour or so. Just install telnet on a raspi If you want to use lynx on a c64. I would also recommend an Easyflash3 with , there is also a really good irc client.

I would also recommend an Easyflash3 with [EasyFlash3 BBS 1.0](https://csdb.dk/release/?id=159907), there is also a really good irc client.
