Putt probably made himself scarce deliberately after the banning fiasco. I liked him better when he was around less.
No offense to the guys who run this place but not having the bosses around is a plus to a lot of people.
I am curious why you think it would be better if the admins were not around?
My example won't exactly apply to posting on an internet forum, but I specifically prefer to work night shifts and weekends for exactly this reason: It's easier to get things done if you're not forever looking over your shoulder in fear of your actions being misconstrued. To get more jovial and genuine interactions, you must decrease the amount of administrative oversight.
You're always going to have the people who run to the admins with everything they perceive as a problem. I don't think there should be administrative intervention unless the actual problem breaks a law or one of the written rules.
Yeah. Good chance it just went down naturally, like times in the past when neither of them were paying attention and not around.
I think it's good to hear from "management / leadership" about what happened, why, and how it's going to be prevented in the future.
