I didn't have a choice..lol. They fucked up the screen door on my rental by not latching it and letting the wind destroy it.
I was so pissed. I just took the damn door off and said sorry, not a priority to be fixed.

Right. I'm thinking probably a lot of tenets are going to use this as an excuse not to pay rent.
Overall they are decent people and retired, so I know they are still getting paid. Just annoying, that wasn't a cheap door..lol full glass panel type. Now the hinge assembly is all fucked up. I understand shit breaks, but when it is because of carelessness, that is when I get annoyed.
