Especially considering many of the people who did support his handling of covid were likely democrats, who won't be voting in the primary anyways. I haven't seen any polls, but I'd say that is a safe assumption.
DeWine should do the right thing and decide not to run again. The guy is 74 after all. I don't know about you, but I'm looking to retire asap. These guys must get so power hungry they just can't step away from it.
