My ol' lady was telling me of a small business client of hers that not only has been struggling to find people to actually hire and do work, but will give out gift cards for those that are on the roles that have favorable attendance. This in light of a few other states now bringing lawsuits for the re-instatement of the $300 extra benefit; lazy fucks.

Yeah, I know. There are several employers around me that are trying to hire. Some are offering a decent wage, some are not. Owens-Corning is trying to hire Technicians for $15.50, no benefits, contract only. The job comes up quite often...wonder why they can't find anyone?
