According to the article, employers need to add daycare options on top of raising wage caps for the same level of pre-covid work, in addition to all bennies and fringe.
The onus for one to meet their "social responsibilities" does not fall on the employer. If one chooses to not work, then they have no room to complain about ' I ain't gots..'

The article is basically a cop out. Most of the employers here that can't find employees are the same ones that always have trouble, with the remaining decline probably due to people finally retiring and/or moving on to other things.
