That's how Ohio gets shit done. Big ass tax abatement schemes. It's good though the plant will be in New Albany and not Columbus. You just know the cocksuckers in Columbus city hall are mega pissed at getting zero of that revenue.

They'll get a sniff of it, but it will only be through payroll taxes and any business that locates within the city proper. New Albangme will get the lion's share of everything else.

Defunding Columbus (and Cleveland, Cincy, and Dayton while we're at it) is always good. Whenever Democrats get money they do dumb shit with it and end up creating a fuckload of debt.

Looks like New Albany will get a sudden influx of White people.

Trump tried the same deal with Foxconn I think, unfortunately it went nowhere. Maybe a chip shortage has upped the focus a bit

Foxconn made a lot of monetary promises that would have been impossible to keep, seeing as they're a contract assembler and you're never going to beat the almost slave labor of China for that.

Intel has a slightly better chance of keeping their promises, seeing as how specialized semiconductor manufacturing can command a lot more money than assembling a television set.
