I wouldn't. I thinkthat the terrain declines from East Palestine back down to the Lake Erie basin, if you will. I may be paranoid, but winds can be weird and I don't know much about the aquifer and underground spring situation out there. It is too close and too soon for me to want to fuck around and find out. I don't trust the government's assurances that everything is peachy.
