We've all seen where specifically the exact cars of Vinyl Chloride were derailed, what they were specifically on top of. Unless 50% or more of the cars were specifically vinyl chloride filled - doubtful - that's purely cohencidence and an act of the biden administration itself, this breakdown ignores that.
