I've searched some more and can't find what I'm looking for. The specific article i'm trying to find is an early account and questioning of the account. It explains that if the fires were so large as to cause pressure increase (only possible cause is heat), how would they know, because they would not have be able to approach to measure specifically because of that heat. And if they could approach, that means the fires could have been extinguished without issue because the fires were already small. They did publicly declare they would ignite the cars to burn off the waste to prevent an environmental disaster. These waste was not burning prior to this. The bad fire pictures are after they ignited it. Apparently these public statements have already been scrubbed. The result is, they blew up train cars which were not leaking in order to prevent an environmental disaster. In doing so to prevent an environmental disaster, they created one spanning at least three states. According to the public record, this is a terrorist bombing created by our own government. Our government has officially used a biochemical weapon against the general population.
