yeah, learned that in the army - having to shower side-by-side, they all have that patchouli smell and it never washes off.. they just smell like welfare

Patchouli doesn’t smell horrible as a former hippie, it was used to mask the dead.
You may be referring to cocoa butter. It’s not that smell, it’s a funk, like someone hasn’t washed their balls in a week.

i used to be a 'head' myself, patchouli by itself once in a while I can do, but all time mixed with that funk you're describing- it just never goes away.
