That is full on insane. They're trying to recruit doctors as groomers. Even if the doctor doesn't coach them to the answers they're trying to get, doing it yearly means any kid who so much as goes through a phase of wearing pink is going to get groomed and mutilated.

Not only that, but having the authority figure of a doctor and doing it yearly, will plant the seed in their young minds. Couple that with all the other crap in schools and entertainment they are bombarded with and, voilà, a whole generation of mixed up kids.
