The original legislation wanted to ban treatments and sports stuff, by vetoing it he allowed it. Exactly what he was bought for.

yeah, for a few months until they overrode the veto, which was inevitable, right?

I don't know if it was inevitable that it got overridden, but it's welcome that it did.
