I swear just having a basketball court at my complex has made things more ghetto. The dumpster is on the other side of it and I have to have my bf escort me to throw trash away. They scream and yell ooga booga things at me when he's not with me.

A couple years ago there was a bicycle gang of them that would surround you in the parking lot and demand money. I never carry cash and certainly not just to take out the trash or check the mail. After the first time it happened, I reported it to the office who then implied I was being racist and said they didn't have enough staff to deal with such things.

After that I always went with my bf in tow. We saw them doing it to a little Hispanic lady and scared them off. I don't know what happened but after a few months we stopped seeing them.

They usually a magnet for basketball Americans. Who would have thought?

All the mayors plan will do is create any area they will congregate around to sell drugs, get in fights, etc.
