Yeah, those milestones were for Intel making chips in a couple months. They're just now building water towers to provide water from (what I assume is) Columbus to fuel the plant. There's one on 161 that's partially built. 1.

I'm sure they were. But they were also expected to be operational in a few months. Not...maybe 6 years.
