Tried the chili one. Fairly local to Cincinnati. It's fucking disgusting.
Cincy chili is fucking terrible - I have only met maybe two people that were born here that like it.
Goetta on the other hand, is fucking amazing. I like to fry some up with scrambled eggs and spuds, paired with a peach-ghost hot sauce makes for some righteous breakfast tacos.
Edit: one thing missing is maple syrup. The real shit made here is hands-down the best you'll find.
Kind of curious about Goetta.
Pork, fat, onion, oats - can't go wrong. It makes a pretty damned good gravy, too
Although it read something about German roots, I've not heard of anything similar over here. Now I have to try and make some.
That's because Cincinnati Chili is Greek Spaghetti Sauce.
That's what I've heard. Seems suspicious to me .. I'd wager a hobo made that sauce, haha.
The founder of Skyline was greek. So....yah.
Well, that looks terrible.
All the Midwest is the same.
Guggisberg Cheese is based in Millersburg, Ohio.
You too can have the blue shirt niggers spit in your cheese. It's a local delicacy
I lived in NE Ohio for most of the 1st 18 years of my life and I never heard of a single one of those dishes.
I guess "Chocolate Bucknuckles" are really Buckeyes :)
That's because none of those names are real, it's someone's stupid novelty map.
Right on. I was thrown off by that.
I see nothing wrong here.
Horked!
