Kind of curious about Goetta.
Pork, fat, onion, oats - can't go wrong. It makes a pretty damned good gravy, too
Although it read something about German roots, I've not heard of anything similar over here. Now I have to try and make some.

Thus far, I have not [yet] seen Amish ordnungs sell goetta as I have with scrapple. Not certain what that might mean
