Ohio used to have (maybe still do?) a Chinese industrial zone that was owned by China and was somewhat exempt from USA inspection. They would import Chinese slave workers who lived on the property. I'm pretty sure this was right around the time that the opiod deaths started kicking in and ground zero was Ohio. Chinese fentynol anyone?
