This was a cash grab from the get-go, there was doubts as to it's validity from the start. Both Bidet's regime and DeWino thought they were going to get a feather in their cap by "Bringing Technology to Ohio" when in reality Intel has a history of doing this (Fab 16 in Texas) and had no real customers for what they planned on making here.
