In a DOS game called "Cyber Sphere" from Psycon, completely designed and programmed by a gentleman named Clay Hellman. It is an actually good breakout clone that uses OPL3 synth for all of the sound. Must hear it.
Have to run it on a late era DOS machine, though. Tried it on a 486SX/25, ran too slow. Ran OK on my 486DX4/120. Ran even better on the Pentium Pro 180. Haven't tried it in DOSBOX, I would never do such blasphemous things, but will probably be "close enough."
