Hi, i have a problem with my PC, just wondering if anyone here could help. I am testing my power supply with a multi meter pin 20 on the manual says the volts should be -5 volts, i am getting a +5 volts could this be the cause of my problems?. Pin 14 says -12 volts which does read -12 volts on the meter so - volts is a valid reading.

Make sure you are really checking the pin 20 instead of 21

I am checking the correct one it reads +5, so do the next 3 +5 volts ones next to it. It should read -5 according to the manual. Pin 14 -12 volts reads -12 volts so there is a - on it and it is not my multi meter.
