Also check the FAQ at 25:00.

They are planning a licensing for quality project, unlike the current paper shredder 64. lol

This guy and 8-bit guy are buddies and me thinks if they manage to pull this off (which is highly unlikely) they will make more money suing people who even use the word "commodore" in any jewtube video or product that comes along. Patent troll companies do this every day.

They made it clear in the video that they don't plan on suing away people.

Their focus is working on and introducing new products based on old unfinished projects that were put on hold due to cost/tech constrain.

Tech Time Traveler posted this after Retro Recipes posted his first video on this.

EDIT: I am more concerned if David Murray/8-bit guy involvement in this. He refused to pay $3 license to include an HDMI port on his commander 16 product, admitted to reselling donations (LGR said this too, I believe) and there was the whole Computer Reset store/computer storage dump that is pretty suspect as well.

Bottom line, I don't trust these people. I never plan to build anything related to Commodore but other people might and just because they claim they won't put a couple of kike lawyers on the payroll for additional revenue stream doesn't mean they won't. Also, how easy is it to run afoul of these people? Someone might ask for a commodore badge and be turned down for whatever reason they see fit.

There is a youtube persona and there are their real lives.
