The orange-red handle one dates to...don't know, probably 1960s or 1970s. It was a discard when a former employer closed, it probably was bought by the owner while in college. The black handle one I purchased new in 1996.

The best thing about these particular can openers is they don't require electricity: no nasty lithium, no WiFi, bluetooth or smart anything.
