I know what a slide rule is and I’d say yeah that’s a slide rule. (Stole Image off of egay, mines still in a box in the garage. Need to unpack that shit and get in the office. Another thing in the list….

Ok, that's not quite the one I was thinking of but that's a slide-rule dial. That was the somewhat updated model.

The 38A/B/C had the two half moon dials, and the D (same case as the ABC) had a similar dial to what you've shown.

There's just not that much to listen to on shortwave these days.

Actually those knobs are wrong and not original. More quick searching and these are the original knobs.

Mine is in excellent condition.

When I used Alexa before fuck that fuck them listening to me say nigger all day. I bought a vintage airline radio and them mounted Alexa in it. I didn’t want the big cylinder dildo anywhere seen so it fit inside the airline well.

I’ll see if I have photos somewhere. It was a neat project.
