This documents admits there is was an investigation that child sex trafficking with Satanic overtones was happening within the intelligence community, then names names, starting with Special Activities Division.

The impetus was the fact that "48 Hours" was looking to air an episode on the case. Like Roy Cohn, this has "preliminary" and limited investigation all over it... in that this seems more of an attempt to cover up.

Includes stats showing that after 1990, resources and arrests for child pornography investigations were shrinking.
