Well, stay out of supermarkets, and move out to the fringe to source cleaner food and water.

I did.

I moved three hours out from the ground zero urban center last fall. Well out into the fringe. Small community, white people, still have access to all of the major services. Picked this place after at least a year of research into decent locations.

You are what you eat, and you need to know where it comes from, and how it is made.

The majority of the meat I eat now is coming from local organic farmers, and the water here is so clean you can drink it straight out of the lake. I'm meeting new farmers all the time. They come into town to sell their stuff every week.

My health has improved dramatically just being here. My previous medical issues have abated perhaps 50% already. Cleaner air, cleaner water, cleaner food. The built up toxins are leaving my body. I actually feel younger, and most strangely, I am waking up in the early morning every day like a normal person again. I sure wasn't doing that in the city.

I used to have to have a major nap every day like the old fuck that I am, and here I'm not really doing that as much anymore either. Even my writing has improved.

Shoveling snow is a forced work out bonus:)

No more farmed fish for me. I can now catch healthy wild fish 50 yards from my front door.

Part of me is waiting for a downside from all this, but I haven't seen it yet.

I can't recommend this highly enough.
