Yeah, satire is only funny if it is based on the truth, but that isn't a news article, it is satire. The onion was really fucking based before they got bought out by that clinton donor in 2015. I highly recommend looking at the onion's old stuff, it is great.
God I remember that. The next week the funny story had a picture of Hillary Clinton with the caption "Former Secretary of State and Senator told to be more inspiring". Cringe.
