Biden's statement is another example of liberal projection. Most who disagree with Biden and his fraudulent election don't want to destroy DC, its buildings, and its monuments. They want to have a functioning government with the usurpers removed. However, the liberals would have no problem nuking major cities because the destruction of U.S. infrastructure and history is one of their stated goals.
