Just find out who does the actual assessment for your city/township. Then tell them you want a copy of your scorecard. They had all sorts of stuff checked on my scorecard that didn't apply to my house. Central air, 2x6 framing, outbuilding (which I do have but it's not secured to the ground so they can't count it), etc.. They were big mad when they got a call from my lawyer. Everyone should be asking for a copy of their scorecard every 6 months. They may not like coughing it up, but fuck them they have to.
