Did you know that you can make a "raincoat" using tuc-tape and double layer of rubberized plastic? You get pretty sweaty, and as long as they can't see your bottom half, it should also work to shield you from heat cameras. Don't poke any mouth holes or anything, or it won't work.
Try it and report back.
Hmmm if I'll get sweaty maybe it would make sense to hook up a hose and pump the coat full of N2O for the cooling properties.

You can just let the sweat drip down. Think of it like a ghost sheet. Just make sure it's the kind of plastic you can see through.
The sweating is because it's not breathable. That said, a hose would work for breathing as plastic is a choke hazard. It's a good thing you mentioned it, as that could have not worked out well.
