I do not own the business. I do not use Windows in my own business dealings unless the contract calls for it or otherwise requires it.

At an old job I had, they wanted to bump up to win 10 and I argued with IT for at least a year to not do it because the security flaws were monsterous compared to just using 7 and being sensible.
I refused to do mandatory win 10 training even though every program was still the same and had written reports about my unwillingness to go (even though after they installed it we had problems for weeks and everyone kept asking me to fix shit).
They wouldn't even let me write simple batch scripts to open all the programs for the day so I could go do something else for 15 mins while it booted. They honestly would rather I stared at a screen for 15 mins while the piece of shit pc struggled to load. fml bad memories lol.
I understand completely. Fortunately, at this employer, they have corporate IT people that do the work. The most troubleshooting i have to do is reboot my machine then put in a help ticket.
I'm seriously considering a bottle of Christmas bourbon for the local sysadmin because we all know a well oiled sysadmin rolls out of your way easier.
