Have to chime in on this one. I have mostly migrated from MS Office to Libre Office. Still have 1 spreadsheet with some custom VB that cannot migrate yet. Anyways, use Calc, Draw and Write pretty extensively. Also can say that I have experienced MANY crashes of all three programs, LOSING changes. Running Linux and have checked logs etc, but cannot find cause. Most errors I looked up had others asking the same question with no solution. Libre Office is great. But you better save your files often. Crashes? Yes, more often than MS. Freeze at 100% CPU and have to force stop / kill from command line? Yes too. MS does not do that (even using WINE). All that said, I still love Libre Office. I love that it's free. I love that no damn MS updates or keys and all of that. But it crashes or pegs CPU kind of often.
