You have to select a starting location. I was getting the same thing.
Nope. It wouldnt even bring me to that screen. Look, i know how to use the google maps app. Been using it for years. I typed in washington dc, it showed me it on the map, then i hit directions. It SHOULD plot the route from my current location to DC. Instead it brought me to a list of my previous searches.This was not allowing me to get to washington dc.
Maybe because you're stupid and don't know how to use it even after all this time.
Do that again, and this time scroll to the very top of the recent list. There will be a "to" field that is filled in with your destination and a "from" field that says "choose your starting point". Click on that and select current location.
