I think they should have their tax exempt status challenged, due to their political activity.
Also I'm concerned about if they're going to start meddling with certificate authorities. They are basically the number one "authority" in the open source world as far as which certificate authorities to recognize. I could see a similar war break out in the TLS certificate realm (similar to what's happened with domain name registrars).
