Chrome is now used for M$ Edge.
Edge is connected to your OS as the logged in user and passes telemetry.
Anything built upon Chromium (like Brave, for example) is still passing through private information to Google.
It's all connected, and technical luddite normies are oblivious as to how fast they were systematically integrated into a giant web of spying to turn them into a commercial product.
We are in a modern dystopia already, the room-temperature IQ NPC's are finally catching on. Too little, too late.
OP's post is indicative of this web of spying you mentioned. It's theatre. DDG isn't really casting shade on Google. They're just trying to convince more normies of the lie that DDG is "based" and "anti-Google."
