If the phone comes with wifi or blue tooth it doesn’t matter as you are already being tracked and will be easily tracked just by being near another device or walking past your neighbors house with wifi. The new rfid signals can send info pinging off each other no matter what. The Amazon sidewalk has been expanded by the blue tooth creators to literally track you and send messages pinging off the devices whenever they come in contact and will then keep pinging off other devices to locate you anywhere unless in a cave without any form of rfid tech.
