Once again it is not their skin color causing this, nor other's reaction to their skin color, but their own activities that causes this shit. Screaming at your doctors, hitting nurses, selling your prescriptions to buy more fried chicken and meth, stealing medical supplies, and camping out in the ER are all going to lead to worse care. And that's before detailing their actions that lead to them being in the hospital in the first place.
