Once the system is installed and accepted, CP becomes misinformation, becomes hate speech, becomes enemy action, etc. Just as every system we empowered the government to exclusively target terrorists is now directed almost exclusively toward the citizen; all that was required was an adjustment to the nature of the words they employed. This will be no different. As with the rest of the big tech/ADL, the purpose is codifying surveillance channels to assist in the directed targeting of individuals holding dangerous beliefs.
