I find it impractical and therefore pointless.

I have never had one, and I can't stand the look of the notch and rounded corners. That's part of the reason I bought my current phone. Along with supporting official LineageOS when I bought it, the price was decent, and it has reasonable specs for what I need.

But the LineageOS thing was the biggest part of that. Going google free is amazing.
