No, I'm saying they have been trying to do this since the inception of time. All civilizations that have armies and intelligence agencies are in the business of gaining total and absolute control. There is no need for the 3 letters to start Facebook. All the 3 letters have been doing is building their own scraping technologies while the private sector accidentally built one for them and they just infiltrated. I suppose it is saying the same thing but the difference is that 3 letters have access to every private sector company that they want. They don't need to build them, they can just issue the right legal documents and voila they are in.
