I was waiting at an odd McDonalds out of town on a trip. It was the only drive thru in the entire town and I was in a hurry, otherwise I wouldn't be caught dead eating that bile. Anyway, they had an automated machine that made all the drinks that I watched rotate through cups while I waited endlessly for some meat product nuggets. All the people inside had to do was put the lid on. Only a matter of time before that last step is also automated. I used to eat at McDonalds and other fast food when I was younger, but after eating home cooked for the last 5 years, those nugget chunks were the most disgusting thing I ever tasted. I can't believe how much sodium is on those things. I drank so much water I was bloated and felt like shit all day. Had a hard time sleeping that night and I had eaten those discussing turds at 4pm.
Anyone who eats fast food or at restaurants should try home cooking for 4 or 5 years, you'll learn what shit food at those places is. I learned that it all basically tastes the same because they ALL just add mountains of sodium to everything. All fast food is just a generic bland taste with no character whatsoever. I don't care what they automate because I have no desire to ever eat at one again.
The only reason they are putting the lid on is a last QC check to make sure that the machine hasn't malfunctioned or run out of syrup. They are literally just there to make sure there is soda in the cup.
