UP UP UP! Just like all property. I got lucky I got mine 21 years ago, it's more than doubled in value and doubled in property taxes as well FML.

We moved to a small town (pop about 2000) about 80 miles north of Houston. Same size house 3X the lot size, and 1/3 the property tax.
